Hi all now suggestion for pvp turnament...

to see if it is possible ..every weekend we can make a pvp turney.. each playr pay a tax and winer 1 2 3 win the bet. first 50 % 2d 30% 3d 20 %

this idea will be more active players ..and i think will have more fun and more excited pvp gear more trade more mf

and if a player wins 1st place to one turney next weekeend the player who win last turney is not allowed to participate with that character one weekend

That its a great idea, it will really live up the place. For me personally pvp is the funniest part of d2 and a tourney will definitely be quite nice
It will also help to set some common rules on dueling, because people have plaid in different servers, which in term have diverse rules, its not nice arguing about what is allowed and what is not for 30 mins

 

A set of rules would include alot of badmannered stuff people do here in duels, forbidden. So all the woosies would cry their eyeballs cause they can't lamefight as they usually do. If interested, I'd provide some rules for the duel section. To give fair chances to hack-users and non-hack-users.

You could add some extra rules to the tourney if you ask me. This still leaves some "exploitable behaviours" unchecked.

- No teleporting from outside the screen.
- No running outside a 800x600 screen distance between chars. Running out of that distance results into abandon from the player who broke the distance.
- Not more than 1/2 of the inventory filled with poison charms.
- No usage of Guided Arrow bow for other classes but Amazon and no spell-charges from any item. At all.
- No redemption aura or completely cleared zone of duel before dueling.
- The maximum damage reduction to 30%(or more only if using Stormshield on one hand)
- No potions at all. No antidotes/thaws. No potions at all. Empty belt is a must be.
