    new at private servers so not sure if that affects drops if not pretty sure Hoz can drop if not lower at least River of Flame act 4 NITEMARE and ofc diablo NM

    travincal nightmare and hell can drop hoz. it is also the best place to farm for it. however you could also trade it ingame, hoz is very cheap.
