   i want to test the build but seems atma does not work with 1.13c.
   is there any program can edit saved single player profile?

   You can give hero editor a try, however do note that we only offer support within our own server.

   Hero editor is avilable for all character in singleplayer!
   
   Only need to add file :"diablo2folder/save/character!
