Ladder reset in December

There is no set date for a reset.
There will always be an announcement a couple of weeks before reset. You can always start fresh on a new account/character if you need a reset.

There are almost always baal games available but they get full extremely fast, even as of writing this message I see two full baal games even though it's quite late for europe.

If there is a chance for a reset or not during certain months you will see it announced by us and not by opening additional threads having the same subject asking for a new season so we'd give an estimate date before making it public. I understand you are not currently very active as a player either but you should be familiar with this by now and you can always browse the forum and see that the same answer was given just a couple of days ago in two different threads. By the way, there is nowhere on the website mentioned that reset will be in april or some hot month either so as always simply wait for an announcement from our side.

There are a few hundred players still during peak times, sure there are not as many as during a fresh ladder but that's completely normal. Diablo servers usually become complete ghost towns 1 month after a ladder reset while we are way over 12 months and still have tons of players, that my friend is huge for a game like diablo in the year of 2020 when most realms are either dead or don't have more than a dozen of players online. One thing you need to understand is that even when the ladder reset time comes there will still be people unhappy about it because there is no way to please with everyone nor a perfect time for seasons as some may like even the 3-4 months frames, some 1-2 years like we have right now and some no ladder resets at all so as you can see it's hard to please everyone anyway. Over the years we found out that the current seasons interval is what works best for us .

PS: We are also working on some things we want to release before the ladder reset too and there is no way we will risk public testing on a fresh ladder.
