I am having lags which are really noticeable. Ping is 93 ms. Net speed is 120 Mb/s download and 10+ Mb/s upload. I am from Poland. Is that normal with your servers?

Your net speed is irrelevant and your ping is ~40ms as far as I can see (if you checked your ping through the in-game fps command then stop doing that because it's not accurate, use cmd ping instead) https://gyazo.com/897c3db0887952772d0213c1760ba351 This is a direct ping coming from the server to your pc and it's flawless as you can see it very well. I've removed some of the letters so your personal IP is kept private. Considering you joined the server few moths ago and you didn't had any issues then something is definetly wrong on your side, most likely temporary so I can only advice you to start checking what other processes you have open because torrents for example will take a lot of bandiwdth otherwise it may as well be your connection experiencing packets loss (probably this is your case considering the low ping) and you'll need to contact them since they're your provider not us. I took the time to ask two polish players using same provider as you are (UPC Polska) and they're both good.

I will suprise you, because I have freshly set up laptop after format and I closed all apps in background.
What is IP of the europebattlenet diablo 2 servers, so that I can ping them via CMD?
Still, if my ping is 40 ms, than none of the proccesses would cause those lags.

Let me return the surprise by saying that we're not fortune tellers therefore we are not here to guess what your problem could be hence why I offered an advice and not an instant solution. You're not mentioning inside the first post that you're running on a fresh OS with no installed applications so how do you expect anyone to guess that? I'm only giving you advice based on my experience with people that play games and use torrents at the same time and based on, well, no useful infomation of your first post. Bottom line, something's broke on your end and there could be multiple causes that depend on a lot of factors. If your ping is low and you're lagging and you're running on a fresh OS then following could be causing this behaviour: internet connection issues (packets loss), low fps rates (use glide to fix this), laptop itself having issues starting with overheating, high cpu usage, memory usage etc (if your laptop is like brand new or in good condition then this shouldn't be a problem). If it's not the fps then most likely your isp experiences some temporary technical difficulties and if so then it's up to them to take care of this as for the IP, you have it right on website connect page. There could be a lot more reasons but these are definetly the most common ones in the given scenario.

I am only experiencing lag problems with D2 private server. All other games are running flawlessly. I also use glidewrapper which fixes stuttering of game, but not the connection lags, where hitting Fallen brings effect after half or one second.

Don't tell others to chill for no reason as I'm pretty sure no one felt insulted in here. You barely gave any details about your problem so you were given the best advice you can get based on that and in your next post you're talking about surprising us like we should knew what's inside your computer before you tell us, same as you're doing now saying all other games are running flawless but no one else knows what are these other games you're talking about, besides not all games are working the same way so there are noticeable differences between different types of online games. What you need to know is that everything is fine on the server end as you've been told before so I'd suggest you start debugging your problem from the advices you were given so far, my personal best bet is that your ISP is experiencing technical difficulties as this is a common problem that most gamers ignore all the time giving others the "my internet is perfect" bullshit and just because some of your other games are working fine this doesn't mean you not experiencing problems considering your other games may as well use an internal connection or a different routing from our game and server.
Monitor the situation and see if the issue persists or not during the next few days, most likely it won't once your provider finishes the maintenance.

Dear moderator, Gix, during writting that no one is fortuneteller and giving me back the surprise, also telling me that no one will guess what is in my computer, used redundant sarcasm and misread my post, showing that he felt upset for nothing. That is why I wrote him to chill. Whole those 2 long senteces only because of one my part-sentence "let me surprise you", which was nothing like to make anyone upset.
And still, telling someone to chill is nothing like beeing unkind to someone, in my opinion.
Tell me please, where in my next post I am demanding from anyone knowledge of specs of my PC? Nowhere. If you are reading that from sentence about that my PC has been fleshly set after format, than I am sorry, but you totally misread my post.

Tip: use the `edit`button instead of double or triple posting, that's its purpose. It was me that replied through an edit to avoid bumping some nonsense discussion that leads to nowhere. Unless there is a language barrier here then you can't call that redundant sarcasm when you started it yourself. You have been given advice based on no useful information present in your first post and you answer with "let me surprise you" and "chill" but you're sensitive about "fortune teller"? Your post was not misread, you do sound sarcastic in your second post after you've been told that you should check if you got any open torrents and you come up with that let me surprise you post which is kinda implying that we should aready knew you're running the game on a fresh setup OS and I made myself clear that we are not here to guess things unless you tell it to us, simple as that. If you wanted to make it sound different well that's another story but if you're thinking at one thing and write something else then don't expect it not to be misinterpreted. So if it wasn't the torrent you could have simpy say that piece of advice can be eliminated as a possible cause because you're not running one in the background. What advice means is pretty simple: you're being offered different possible causes to your problem based on the information you give us but that does not guarantee the fix, especially when your internet provider is the problem which is out of our hands. You are required to give us as much useful information as possible, exactly so we can avoid playing a guess game as we're not going to find anything from your internet speed for sure as there won't be any difference between someone playing on a 10Mbs connection and one on 1000Mbs, what matters is bandwidth quality, stability and peering.
PS: Telling others to chill when there is no reason to do so is not very kind, just so you know.

Would have been great if you spent all this time on giving us more useful information to work with rather than arguing.
