Need help! is this bug?

Guys I can't transmute my chipped gems to make it higher why is that? I can normally transmute reju pots and quest items but i cant in gems. i wasn't able to transmute flawed and other levels of gems though. Please help. T.T

 

Just put ONE gem in the cube then hit transmute a few times.

 

Wow thanks a lot bro! but the problem now is i do have a lot of gems in the stash LOL. Is Perfect Diamond and Skull important? because i read in the forum that Perfect Sapphire, Ruby, Topaz and Emerald are can be use to socket normal items. so should i sell my diamonds and skull in the npc? XD Thanks bro im a newbie in this game so I don't know a lot of things specially on items. XD

 

I only use my gems too reroll grand charms not sure what else there useful for apart from crafting ofcourse

 

Oh wow i can reroll grandcharms with that?! Can i get unique Grandcharms or PComb there? and only grandcharms? how bout small charms and large? and what gems are neccessary? XD Thanks for helping me guys!

 

You can reroll any magic (blue) item, this includes Grand/Large/Small charms + 3Pgems of any kind.

As I said, you can reroll any magical item, including other miscs such as jewels.

**You cannot get a unique item when rerolling a magical one, just a new magic one with rerolled stats.
