New runeword?

I thought I knew all runeword's abbreviations (CoH, CTA, Hoto, forti, obi, LW, BotD etc.), but last week I came across one that is unfamiliar to me: TotA (Thunder of the Ancients).
I usually do some research before asking something, but google searches for "TotA runeword" gave me no results... so there are only 3 possible explanations I can think of:
1) TotA is one of the remaining hidden runewords that have been yet to be discovered.
2) Blizzard released a new patch that has this new runeword.
3) April Fool's Day

I can't find the link to the screenshot, but I will search for it tonight and post it. From what I recall the runeword was for 3 socket weapons (vex + shael + um - I'm not sure about the order of the runes and if it was shael or something else) and had IAS, dmg red, cb, ow, + to all sk, + to mana, some rez and ignore target's def.

 

I've never heard of this, but I think it may be a mod on a different server.

 

where did you "come across" this rw?
also what? tota then hoz? you misstyped?
I can ensure you though that there are no "hidden" runewords nor did blizz release more.
