Please add Admin bot game in Hardcore hell

I'm not sure if it is possible, but if it is, please add public admin bot game hardcore hell difficulty to reboot or creates a new every 30 minutes for example.
Also at least be pointed out that the killing of players there will be punished somehow.
What will that do?
Getting to know the other players, trade, to test the strength of your character to solo in full game all around hell without need of D2 louder and repeatbly timedrop some of mules also lower your PC performance AND increased drop and experience ofc.
BH runs aren't last longer than 5 mins and on factor EXP are not enough for any 94+ level player and in many cases they eventally clossed after few if noone want to port/clean Throne.
