Receive Ann for obtain level

Hello,

I propose putting command "Ann" for gained a level in order to facilitate trade and gameplay
ANN - Global Message to all users on the server.


Simple example: The prize to individuals with the character level :

• 96 lvl SCL
• 95 lvl HCL
• 88 lvl SCCL
• 78 lvl HCCL

Terms of Service:
1. No Spam or offensive content
2. Three message per hour
3. Intervals between the next message.

could be usefull but it sometimes gets out of hand... There is not an effective offensive language filter... People will just spam any message.

If many people use the command during peak hours gameplay will suffer - spam

EDIT:
The biggest problem I see here is the time needed for coding all of that "simple" commands and if it is worth it.

 

If you see ann is'nt used even from gm's because of the other games from pvpgn platform, diablo 2 is'nt the only game we have starcraft warcraft etc.

We can't give this command to 3/4 players from the server, if each player use this command in 1 hour we will have 2 announcements/min so this will be a high spam
