In rare scenarios the script that restarts the gameserver in case of a crash or memory leak could fail and if that happens and there is no GM online then you should wait about 10 minutes and call our skype monitoring service by adding gamesymbol id to your skype contact list. This service forwards your call to our personal cell phones and therefore we will be notified that there is a problem, however only use this for this scenario only and not for support which is provided only in-game or forums.

I will work on some HA(high availability) system during this weekend by adapting the restart script to be more effective for this rare scenario and also see what information are dumps offering us so we can find a way to prevent this from happening in the future.
