Do skils granted by items receive bonuses from their synergies?
(please answer for the cases of with/without any hard points in the skill)

Example: Hand of Blessed light gives +2 to FoH - would synergies in FoH synergize with FoH?

Thanks! :) -although that isn't what im asking. Basically - What i want to know is this:
If i were to put zero points into fist of heavens - but puts points it's synergies (holy shock and resist lightning i think) - then pick up Hand of blessed light and have say - level 15 FoH from the stick + skiller items. Would that level 15 FoH come with the synergies??

Also - lets say i had an item that has a chance to cast Fist of Heavens (thundergods vigor) And I wore it as a paladin - and I had fist of heavens synergies hard pointed up, would that level 5 fist of heaven that casts occcasionally be boosted up by the points in the synergies?

Short of testing the theory offline with a character editor, I couldn't say for sure from my experience. I used to use an editor called "Jamellas Hero Editor" a few years back. Not sure if its still around, but that may give you a risk//time free opportunity to know with 100% certainty. If you do opt to go this route, feel free to post your findings, as I would be interested in knowing too. :)

I think you do gain the bonus's from it, as long as the skills are for the character class you are using. For example, if you are a zealer, Sacrifice adds +12% Damage per level to zeal, so if your weapon has +1 to Sacrifice, you should gain the 12% damage bonus to your zeal skill. I am not 100% sure, but, I think you do gain the bonus.
