Suggestion about new runeword

Hello, ive seen in old servers i remmeber youth runeword(Dol Cham) i want suggest this one Endgame runeword. This rw is helmet. contains: 2 all skills 20 faster cast rate, 10-20 strenght variables,10-20 dex (variables)10-20 allres(variables) (replenish life 7, cannot be frozen contains from runes). I apreciate for this one if you make.

 

Pro's and con's.
On the pro side, it would finally give cham a decent use, compared to the other rw's that make use of cham.
On the con side, the rw is quite a bit overpowered, as it contains most of the highly desirable affixes that one could get on a helm. Very hard to beat with gambling or (especially) drops.

Should be made much more expensive, considering that items (from the circlet / coronet class) with such affixes (2 to class skills, not to all skills) usually sell for several to a lot of ber's in the server market. Cham sells for 3 ber's, so it's a bargain to use a cham for such a rw.
I would suggest 2 alternatives:

1. 3 socket helm and rw would be Dol + Cham + Cham, so that there is a chance to get less than invested (low str / dex / @), or
2. rw stays as you proposed it, but affixes change: 1-2 to all skills (varies), 10/20% faster cast rate (there are 2 fcr prefixes), +5-20 to str, dex, all resistances.

This would balance things a bit better, imo.

 

Hallo its good to have some new rw to enter the game making useless basics to usable like sorc orbs and maybe crossbows...
And keeping the balance with no Over Powerd runewords ;d

 

Excellent suggestion to be honest. We have just a few runewords for helms. It will improve many builds. This cannot be frozen feature will be helpful for wsg which I use in pvm too.

 

hmmmm.....

consider a rare circlet 2/20/~15/~15/~15 - would you sell it for a Cham next ladder?
Make it 3sox runeword and add a Sur and Zod at least (both nearly useless highend runes)

or maybe think about a runeword adding 45ias in helmets...

If we talk about op not original items, what can you say about TM's? Not quite owerpowered item?

 

its not? tm isnt even a rw xD. enigma is more used and better for lot more builds bro
now think if u combine with the rw u post, u need have less stats or change one or two of them to be ok

 

Also keep in mind adding a runeword will give u the access via shop to buy with fully perfect stats.
Shopped helmets with 2/20/20/20/20 stats would ruin the game economy about rare circlets imo and that's nothing you want. Only a few ppl would keep gambling circlets/coronets reducing the appearance of 3/40's and other cool stuff...
