suggestion for me

i cant decide which class/build to play. im not interested im pvp just killing monsters. any suggestions? i already have a necromancer

edit: i want to be able to play in hell with it

 

With proper gear, you can farm with pretty much every class, but some are more efficient than others, you have to try them out for yourself to figure out which one you like the most. This is a question only you can know the answer. If you are just starting and you don't have some runes to spend on a new hero, you can try out Blizzard sorceress.
Other builds you can try, but they tend to be more expensive due to the inventory and some of the elite items - Javazon, Trapsin , Lightning Sorceress, Wind Druid, Poison Necromancer and lots of others.

 

Hi! Here's a very strange player vs monster build which can bring you a whole new idea of the assassin character ingame - it's called RIFTKICKER.
First of all - this is the Rift runeword:
4 Socket Polearms/Scepters Runeword
Hel + Ko + Lem + Gul
20% Chance To Cast Level 16 Tornado On Striking
16% Chance To Cast Level 21 Frozen Orb On Attack
20% Bonus To Attack Rating
Adds 160-250 Magic Damage
Adds 60-180 Fire Damage
+5-10 To All Stats (varies)
+10 To Dexterity
38% Damage Taken Goes To Mana
75% Extra Gold From Monsters
Level 15 Iron Maiden (40 Charges)
Requirements -20%
It can be made ONLY on a War Scepter or Polearms( War Scepter is needed so you can wear a shield obviously).
The attack speed of the War Scepter allows the assassin to make over 5 kicks per second which is more than sufficient (You get between 3 and 5 orbs per 5 kicks usually).
Kick build is simple and it requires a MUST - merc act 2 with infinity. You will see tons of frozen orbs, tornadoes and dead monsters.
In addition some pople are using this build with Death Sentry and 1 point to kick skills for Corpse Explosion.
Items are simple - Rift War Scepter + Spirit Monarch, Nightwing helm max cold damage for the boost on the orb and the rest you can choose and diversify.
I'd use Enigma for faster movement obviously + Str on level which give bonus damage to the Kick itself.
This is different and very interesting if you're bored of the typical farm.

I would recomand a Zealer Paladin , it's fun and cheap

 

I would recommend funny build known as warrior necro with army + might aura

 

Here is some ideas;
Frenzybarb, Zealot, A leap barb of some sort, Fury Wolf, Wolf Barb, Hybrid Sorc (Blizz/nova or meteorb), Throw barb, Tesladin (Auradin).
Or some of those weird builds that focuses around a weird item. Or a non-ama bow build (Similar to throwbarb, just bow char instead)

 

War Cry barb also turns out to be very fun to play - you get amazing cast frames and literally fly around.

 

Somebody misunderstood his question. Since I am the only one that posted in a different category , I'm guessing its me, but still. I'm not sure he asked about "different than usual and fun builds", but builds that will be effective at farming. I think he is new to the game and has no clue what should he start with. If this is correct, you are suggesting builds in the opposite side. Yes, there builds would be fun for an experienced player, but to a new player it is a completely different question. Since he did not specify anywhere that he is not looking for standard builds, I think he is just confused about this and is looking for the best build to get into the game of farming.

 

Lmao I just reread the thread and I am extremely confused, but I think you are right, that he wants another efficient way of farming other than Necromancer.
An efficient farmer suggestion then:
The good old Hammerdin PvM build. Loads of tutorials can be found on google
