Upgrade Recipe for Crafted Items

Hey! How about adding new cube recipes to upgrade crafted items' tiers from normal -> exceptional -> elite?

I'd like to have that recipe for my crafted belts/boots. It takes alot of time gambling tier2/3 belts and boots so this would help alot.
Crafted T1 belts can only hold 2 or 3 rows of potions and tier1 blood boots can not be str-bugged, so it's a major disadvantage in pvp.
Also tier3 gloves with high stats and %ed would be useful in melee duels.
