Reasons you feel that would qualify you as a good Game Master Apprentice: It wouldn't be any different for me than being a normal user, since I've already helped a lot of people, including newcomers. Not to mention people that are playing HC at the moment. And I don't encourage botters. Anyway, personally, I'd like some feedback from the players of this server. Definitely a good idea.
He seems quite knowledgeable about the game, and he is active. Having to know both Romanian and the English language, seeing how the majority of players speak both of them, is a plus. Don't get thrown away by the lack of feedback, 95% of the players don't check the forum. Some kind of rewarding for forum activity must be implemented to make them post more often.
