Where to find Rare Elite Items ?

well..the title says it all but i specifically look for a diadem..but i wouldn't mind a shard coa..tyrael...etc..
So where's the best chance to find a diadem..?

pS: from what i've heard it's chaos sanctuary.

 

Try mostly act4 and act5. Don't miss Shenk the Overseer (the mob you kill for Larzuk socket quest) and cleaning up the way to Nilithak.

 

Take a look at the Area Level tables. All the level 85 areas are game for the top elite items. My first "Templars" in HC dropped at the Mausoleum in Act 1

Obviously elite items do not drop like candy. You have to actually put in some effort to find them. Fortunately though, this servers drops are 10x

 

Thanks for the response...i'm not really familiar with those TC and ILVLS...i just know that diadem has a certain ILVL and a certain TC can drop it or something like this..i just wanted to know from your farming experience where it dropped
