Helm: GFace Or Arreats + Res/Adds Jewl
Armor: Enigma Or Templar's Might + Res/Adds Jewl
Weapon: Dual Grief (Phase Blade)
Gloves: LoH Or Crafted Blood Gloves
Belt: Arachnid Mesh Or Noseferatu's Coil
Boots: Gore Riders Or Goblin Toe Upped 2 Times
Amulet: Highlords Wrath Or 2/20/Str/Life Stolen per hit caster amulet
Rings: Raven Frost And Dual Leech Ring

Budget: Immortal King's Set, Sadly there isn't much options that are as effective as Immortal King's

Stats:

STR: Enough to wear Gear
Dext: Remaining Points
Vita: After Buff Life must be 3-4k+ if not add points
Energy: (if mana is below 300 after buff add enough to reach atleast that)

Note: Gface = Guillaume's Face, LoH = Laying Of Hands. Personally if your leveling a barbarian i highly recommend berserker barbarian instead of this one its more of a players 4 difficulty character

Tip: Mercenary can use Atma's Scarab instead of Highlords Wrath to cast Amplify Damage it helps A Lot also Insight helps when facing mana burn elites they are a force to be reckoned with

why too much dex? grief has ignore target defense lol

also u can use howl and leap in chaos its effective for fast run af, berserk is better choise to kill bosses combined with crushin blow ofc

 

i prefer having a mass amount of attack rating over no life leech or consistent hits, even with "ignores targets defense" Whirlwind itself negates alot of effects applied by armor/weaponry such as curses they can't be casted and life/mana leech does not take effect until out of the whirlwind animation
