    The truth is that most players are located in Europe. And, maybe for sure, that is why the Ladder Reset moment is "tailored" for one peak hour after most players finish work.
    I am curious about the density of players at this Ladder Reset. I am hoping to see the Diablo II chat alive ! :)

    The realm drop rates have been the same for over a decade, @tsetsko.
    RNG (luck) is part of this game and always will be; this doesn't mean there's a switch button to increase or decrease drop rates individually.

    What happened with the restart? I just logged into the server, and it shows that I can still play with my characters.

    The ladder reset has been completed and the Diablo II realm is now running on a new ladder season.
    To participate, you will need to create a new character and select the "Ladder Character" checkbox. The new season awaits you!

    the realm should auto patch when you connect via the launcher, right? Not sure why but i cant join games...
