Bug with Bing Sz Wang

This weapon has a 5% chance to cast frozen orb, maybe I'm just unlucky but it will not cast for me. I have disabled Sting to make sure it wasn't an issue with that as we had this issue with the firestorm recently.

Can anyone verify this?

 

With every hit you have new 5% chance to cast the skill.
Want to say this % not summed with every hit with every next hit you have 5% chance to hit not 10,15,20 etc.
You can cast with every hit the spells if have lucky

I'm aware how it works, and I'm also aware 5% is low, however with my frenzy barb (same char i put the sword on for testing) I get a firestorm every 2 seconds, and it's 5% Chance to cast as well. SO this is why I'm figuring it's bugged.

 

This is that when frenzy barb hit fast and have more hits = chance with every hit
If you make 1 hit per secund normaly...
My frenzy baba up to 8~10 hits per secund after hit with frenzy use double swing.

Just don't worry all is work just you no lucky for cast

You're confirming that the Bing Sz Wang casts an orb? Or are you just guessing? Because I think after a half hour of killing things with it I would have had it cast one.......

 

Weeeelllll then, it appears I was unlucky, got it to orb finally. Odd it took so long.
