d2 doesnt work on win7 64bit pls help

I installed a new copy of win7 64bit, and when I tried to run D2loader, it says common init failed.
Can someone me what is the problem? pls........:smile:

I think I didn't install some programs, but dont know what programs do I need. It use to work on win7 before I installed a fresh copy.

 

uninstall diablo2 . and install a fresh copy of the game .. after that install the things i gave you up in this order :
