    If you got internet problems then you have to discuss it with your ISP. Check your firewall, etc.

    Actually you just pretended to do that on your first post. This one shows something different :)

    The reason why you cannot access the server: bad config, isp problems, you have been banned and you are trying to to cheat the system by registering again ( think on the last part, you know what I mean already )
