FAILES TO JOIN GAME

    FAILES TO JOIN GAME while creating a game.
    Issue was with more accs before but they are ok for now, right now only 1 acc and 1 character only cannot create games: acc jane_fm(name Pivas) .if i create a new acc or just new character on this account they can create games , but not the previous characters that were on this accs before, i checked my other accs(not being logged in when issue came up) they are ok.

    Hello Jane,

    Sorry to hear this issue, especially when it involves a wonderful game such as D2! Have you tried disabling your firewall and then trying to create/join games on previous character?

    I am able to create games and join them from any other characters except this one , so that seems to be ingame issue:)

    Oh im sorry now that i re-read it. I made my own little story out of that haha, Its getting late in my part of Canada. Excuse that comment :)

    First of all try to decide if you stick to the PM you've sent me or if you are creating a help thread but try avoinding to do them both.

    If you can create games with all your characters except one this means your character got stuck. While this happens pretty rare and 99% of times it gets auto-unstuck, your character may also get stuck until the D2GS gets restarted which is available in your case. Usually all you have to do is wait few minutes up to a couple of hours and only in special situations you would require a d2gs reboot unstuck but again, this isnt' that common.An


    Annyway your character should be unstuck in a few hours as I see there are another 2 players having a stuck character as well and we shall refresh d2gs settings today.

    i was not sure if i sent it to u ,Gix, or not, cause there were no items on "sent inbox"
    ok

    thnx for unstucking it is ok now :) xD i always have so many problems with technical issues(i am "lucky" on it) that previous gm from my previous server suggested me better to be banned than playing d2 on his serv ^_^

    Well then the GM from your previous D2 server probably didn't had as much as experience as we do. Don't worry, stucking is not as often as on other servers or as it was on bnet :)

    To save PM's inside the "sent inbox" you have to enable that option into your forum profile settings.

    i having same problem but one of the two must of worked either firewall or waited but ty now i can try server

    If u have firewall issues you can`t enter the realm not with just one character.
