Solved Cant open maphack

Diablo 2 works just fine, but when I run Stings Maphack I get "UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: ACCESS_VIOLATION (c0000005)"
The maphack was working at one point, but when I went in to modify the the d2maphack.cfg and it started since.
I'm running Windows 10

I uninstalled D2 and deleted my D2 folder along with all registry keys related to "D2" or "diablo ii" in regedit. Redownloaded everything, fresh install of D2 and the server files, same thing. I have all .exe's (All D2 related and the maphack) set to run in compatibility in Win7 and to always run as an admin (tried running in 256 colors also). I have tried several different downloads of the maphack; 2 I had archived on my external drive and 2 different downloads I've found on server site/forums. After some googling, learned that DEP might be involved, so I disabled it (in cmd via "bcdedit /set {current} nx AlwaysOff"), and still no luck.

I downloaded Glide but no luck.
That is currently the maphack I am trying to use.

I should specify that the maphack itself is not closing, D2 gives that error and crashes while the maphack stays open.

 

The game can be at the main menu and the maphack makes the game crash, I don't have the opportunity to close the maphack before it happens.

 

Download the integrated maphack ( V2 ) and run it on admin & win xp sp2.

 

The integrated maphack did the same thing.

I noticed that if I do not run the maphack as an admin, Diablo 2 wont crash. But, of course, the maphack wont work unless it's run as an admin.

Edit: Scratch that, I forgot to copy the TDAgg3.dll into the diablo folder, it's working now.
Did I mess something up when I was modifying the .cfg or something? It doesn't seem like it, since so many fresh downloads of the maphack weren't working. Is there a guide somewhere on how to appropriately modify the .cfg?

Er, I may have prematurely marked it solved, kind of. The maphack is working, but when I use the method in http://forum.europebattle.net/threads/d2multi-stings-maphack-autoteleport-the-files-i-use.531970/ to load the AutoTele, I get the error again. I've never used the autotele before.

 

Do you run the autotele on admin and win xp sp2 ?

 

I'm assuming you're referring to the AutoTele Injector, and when I chose to inject the dll, the Injector freezes. I've been attempting the method Coldet has posted, which is via the sting maphack. It makes D2 crash when I right click -> Load another dll

Edit: Idk what I did, but the right click -> load another dll is workig now. These files seem finicky as shit, idk if it's because I'm using Win10, but getting the game+server files+hacks to work has been a pain. Either way, thanks for the help.

 

Yeah, a lot of programs are not compatible on windows 10 even when you change it at properties. It is the reason I still have not updated to Windows 10 because there were several programs not starting even after trying evertyhing to make it work. Anyway, I am glad you fixed it.
