If you are going to make anything with eth, the enhanced defense mod is typically a nice thing to have. On this server, there are many perfectionists. They see a Chains of Honor in a 14% AP and they will think its trash, but if its in 15%, somehow its that much more amazing.

Using the eth bug on eth armor has descent benefits!
