It may seem to you that your maphack is causing the problems, but it is more likely than not your Glide Wrapper. You need to play around with Glide's settings and set it up for your configuration. The first thing I would do is go to the link @inayat posted, make sure you followed the proper instructions on how to install it and you didn't forget something and the next thing I would do is play with the options in the Extension tab of Glide. It is likely that something that is currently ticked is causing the errors, so I would start to un-tick them one by one , test , if it doesn't work - tick it and move on to the next one. I have managed to lower the frequency of my errors doing this, but the game still crashed often ( in my opinion ) , so I decided to stop using it and play in window mode instead. Unfortunately, even in perfect conditions, you will still get a few crashes here and there, it's inevitable.

Yes playing on Win 10 with Integrated Maphack without Glide Wrapper causes me no Errors at all.
It is just the combination of them both :/

Hello again , sorry for the missunderstood , i did'nt read that you already use integrated maphack
Anyway , on my PC i got windows 10 , i use integrated maphack aswell
I don't know if you already done this or not , but it's good to check
-Set the compatibility mode for Windows xp sp2/3
-Reduced Color Mode and set to “16-bit (65536) Color”
-Disable display scaling on high DPI settings
You already said that you was running it as administrator
What i do recomand now ( im not a big expert but for me it works all the time )
Reinstall everything , aply the settings again , and everything should be fine becouse if you follow all the steps , i don't see anything wrong just a few crashes like Klauss said ( well for me never heappend )
When i will arrive home this wednesday i will send you a PM with some screenshots of my settings
Also if you are using auto-teleport i recomand to turn it off ( it's useless ) and it causes crashes

Thanks for your help. What came into my mind. I cannot run the VidCheck.exe - it causes a green screen when checking for Direct3D
I run a workaround by adding -3dfx to the shortcut i am using.
    Maybe that is a reason?
