So after reinstalling my game because I kept getting the UNHANDLED EXCEPTION error, I noticed that my Loader.exe program was actually working now because in the past, I would always play using Diablo II.exe. After opening the game, all multiplayer options were grayed out. I wasn't able to click on Battlenet, Gateway, or Other Multiplayer. Please help if anyone can.

Also as a side note, the previous UNHANDLED EXCEPTION error only occurred when I tried to create a game. As far as joining a game, no available lobbies were appearing on my list. Not sure if it's a related problem, but I did try to fix it by following all the instructions on Gix's "Fix Diablo II Common Errors" thread, all of which to no avail.

    Hi.
So after installing. You downloaded our server patch in your D2 folder, set compatibilities, opened game as administrator using our custom europebattle.exe loader?

Hello @CyberTengu. First of all make sure you download and install custom server patch in order to create/join games and post a screenshot so we can see what do you mean by "battlenet grayed out". You should also give us more details starting with what operating system are you using, antivirus software (if any), any additional firewalls, etc. As for joining the game and not being able to see any available lobbies that could mean you were either logged into openbattle or you had a non-ladder character.

@inayat Yes, I did all of that. Including the DEP settings and UAC. I've also made exceptions to the entire Diablo II folder through my antivirus and disabled my firewall.

@Gix Here is a screenshot to the grayed out buttons:

Thanks for the screenshot confirmation, it's just as I thought. Seems you installed the game in single player only and you are missing the multiplayer part, therefore if you have original game CD's reinstall the game and choose Full installation (multiplayer included) or download the client ready folder from this thread and apply our custom server patch over it. Let us know if you managed to get in.
