    Hi everybody. I was looking for a private server to play in after build a lot of characters on vanilla bnet. So I tried to give it a shot. However, when I try to create an account, It says "It already exists". I know this is caused due to I tried to install it some months ago but I couldn´t join probably because I was trying it with a original game version through the Blizzard installer. So, I´m sure I created the account before, but I don´t remember the password. Can a moderator help me with this issue?

    My account fashion001 and my last visit was 31 july, after that i dont visit it for 3 mounth, but my friend try to enter in september. Pasword on my account was changed but noone dont enter on it. Can you help me?

    @fashion01, read the post above yours and follow the instructions. The only way to reset your password is through the password recovery form.

    I dont use email when ragister my account, can you help me with recover my account?

    You actually have an email address attached to your account and considering you forgot that then you most likely forgot the password too. I've sent you a private message with the censored email address that is attached to your account.

    I have got some problems when I click on the "Recover password" option, at the main page. It opens "word" to send the message via HTML. I don´t know to send it properly, so, What I did was to write the recover´s message via Hotmail using the support email address the premade message provided. Does it work of that way?

    @JFORTE77, clicking that link should redirect you to compose an email through outlook, gmail, yahoo, etc but most likely it wasn't set to do that. Just send an email to [email protected] and mention your account(s) name inside of the email. Keep in mind that the email address you entered must match the email address attached to the account you wish to recover the password for.

    I understood from your last message that the via used to send the email doesn' t matter. In that case, I sent it correctly, following the instructions provided. The only thing I can do is to wait. I'll tag the post as solved when It's completed.

    Seems that your email reached our spambox (darn hotmail), luckily I've managed to find it after you confirmed that you sent it.

    I send email to that adress and wait about 6-7 hours but dont have any emails on my email adress. Can u check your email?

    @fashion01, the process is manual as you're being told before sending it so please be patient, besides you only waited about 3 hours not 6-7 as you said.
    PS: You posted this message about 4 minutes after you sent the password reset email so I'm not sure how it was possible to wait already for several hours unless you sent it to the wrong email address at first. Anyhow, the password has already been reset and it has been sent to you.
