bp should be no more then ohm maybe Lo because its 15/15; with torch and anix you get enough str to use way better armors like mage play for instance
not sure if anyone would use amu like this one ppl usually want 20fcr but still maybe you can get like gul top but thats really a long shot

Are +3 to specific skill tree amulets worth anything in general?

What about these?

 

i think without fcr no value

 

3 shape + 60-70 or more life could be usefull; in some cases 3 sors tree+ mana is usefull

 

the best option you can have for these are 10fc or 100life, but even then they are hard to sell, and you cant even get a Lo rune for it...
therefore, keep it if you have enough place, but dont try to sell it... sometime perhaps someone needs it and then you can get some runes for it
but basically, +3 tree skills or +2 class skills with 90+life or 10fc are worth to keep, others are charsi food.
