Are you serious with your posts? Finger pointing is always the easiest way to hide your own weaknesses...
Did you notice that I give a range as price always, and yours is ofcourse better. but who cares really? i give you a feeling about the price, take it or leave it. i sold and bought already 15-20 of such fc rings, so yeah, i know the ranges... 1 ber is a starter fc ring and goes up to 10 bers with nice stats. so basically i could give you 1-10 bers for each fc ring, but I'm nice so try to shrink that range to the one i believe is min-max. you just need to find the proper buyer/seller to achieve the end of the ranges i give you. its not an accurate price check, everybody has to take the time to sell a nice item and get serious offers.
What you can achieve here with a pc for such an item is the knowledge not to sell it for a Vex Rune, everything above is your achievment at trade and what you make out of it. I already sold much worse rings for 4-5 bers and also bought better ones for Sur-Ber. Good luck!

I have no real usecase for this, Zaka/Exile is always better in my opinion. Correct me if im wrong.
And actually the 30/20 mod is missing, that would be crucial with some allres...
