Nm rare is enough to have best affix wanted ( of virility +9 str need ilvl 50) i mean he will farm on council ( we have a great guide on that spot : http://forum.europebattle.net/threads/how-to-farm-rare-jewels-fast-and-easy-video.540274/ ) wich is ilvl54 by travincal and more for the boss.

I personnaly offer a sur rune for pack of 60 magic or 40 rare unid
Rare council nm ok
Magic ilvl 66+ for 40/15 possible.

 

60x magic Is Sur
40x Rares is ber as there harder to farm
