Dude how low is 47 life on that second ring with FCr and fire res 23 ? i really wonder , about ohm to Lo ? oh no thx man its not 4 life its 47 life with fire res 23 which is awesome with replenish life 7 , u are saying low on 47 life 23 fire res with fcr really weird . Well next time i wont put anything on that price check thread ( about to Ohm to Lo well... )

First of all you have to chill a bit dude! Inayat just posted his opinion and is not totally wrong about the price imo (I post alot of details below - which you can think of a bit...). Your ring is very hard to price check because of it's uncommon combination of affixes and has very limited usage! Just dont get angry when you dont agree with someone's opinion.

Now about your ring: It's a very special item which will be very hard to sell but can be very useful on the other hand.
The stats aren't bad but "too low" to get much for it.

Just think about those jewels 8str/28fres, they have basicly no value because ppl want max stats at this stage of ladder (and so are crafted items...).
But much more important is the question which character can use this ring?! Well, replenish life is the "worst" of the "good" suffixes. Compared with str or dex there are only a very few classes who actually need it and this is indeed situational!
While the only classes who favour replenish life over stats are those who dont need str (this can be due to other equipment choices or simply because that class doesn't need any str at all), you wont need dexterity for maxblock because you simply wont fight bowie's / melee's and additionaly it can be useful if you alrdy wear some equipment with replenish to actually feel a boost in regeneration (hoto, crafted boots, amulet or circlet).

So, this points out any caster class who alrdy got enough str for spirit Monarch (you would need perfect stats TM and/or 30str Amu/Circlet), so that's very rare because only a few players on this server have these items and they will want a better ring anyways.
The only two possible builds left over are basicly a Hammerdin not fighting above mentioned melee's or a pure ES sorc (pure means base str - max energy, lidless + archon cta build).
While ES sorc would never equip a ring without mana, it's basicly left to the hammerdin and 95% of all hammer players wont switch a ring with dex for yours (just because of laziness).

Finally, this will make your ring very hard to sell / to find a player who will acually pay for that replenish life suffix.
So if we leave that out, inayat would be right. Such a ring would have the value of Ohm-Lo. And if you can possibly find someone who can actually use this suffix you would get a bit more, maybe Lo-Sur.
I think Inayat just didnt care about the case that you might find the right buyer allthough this could be useful for the "smart hammerdin" player but keep in mind that life is less favoured than stats and replenish is nearly useless to 95% of all character builds. If you think your ring is worth some ber's you are totally wrong imo and you will search months for a buyer - if any....

#1 is hot! top melee jewel, especially for bvb. ~5ber imo. Sadly no 4th useful affix.
#2 meh... damage can compared to 15max/15@ and they are pretty cheap for around ~ber. Also min/ed bug can lower value... and stats low imo. Maybe Sur.
