    It can have some value for someone specifically looking for this, best will be to look for someone looking for this and then negotiate a price.
    If you can find someone, especially with the high str on it and the all resist, you could possible negotiate a couple bers

    30frw 10fhr and at least 30+ dual/tri res (light, fire, cold)
    Also 30-40mana and up to 9dex or 80extragold would be welcome.

    I dont think anyone will buy boots without frw and mana.

    Ormus need to have perf light and/or fire with a useful skill like lighting or fireball to have any value and usually goes around Ohm

    No real value because you can have 2x 20/17 small charm and will be better, so you should have 40+ life on that to consider selling it. Most players will prefer small charms with life+res/mana
