Self use?

 

Not even self-use, stats are way too low, keep / sell the jewel for crafting rather, and the sc for self-use till you find a replacement. As a general idea, items have value if their stats are perfect or close to perfect, so my suggestion is to spend some time here in the PC section, where you should scroll through pages and see what items people ask for PCs and their value, to get an idea of what people are looking for.
I made this suggestion since the stats of the items you posted seem to say that you are fairly new to the game. Doing what I recommended would help you decide what items to keep in-game and what to drop; stashes tend to fill up quickly if you keep hoarding useless stuff. Besides, spending some time reading and getting informed will save you a lot of time in-game, that you would otherwise spend hoarding / "muling" useless items.

To try and say back what you ment: Perfect stats equals value in most cases, if I dont see it in this forum it probably has no real value.

But so if one stat is decent for instance: I found a 19% ED 8 dex jewel. Then I should instantly know that is low and has no value right? Just a heads up so I know what to keep

 

Right. For magic jewels, 8 dex is close to max of 9, but 19% ed is low compared to max 40%. If you use BH maphack, there's a setting which shows possible intervals for affixes; if you go with Sting, there's a page dedicated to magic prefixes and suffixes on the official battle.net website.
As a general rule, for magic items you should look for ones that have both a prefix and a suffix, both useful (here reading some pages of this thread should help) and at least one affix maxed or very close.
For uniques and rares reading is required, in order to know what to throw or keep. For set items, the same - only a small number are useful.
Watching game chat can also be somewhat useful, as well as game titles / descriptions. Careful with sharks, when selling

This item I have a hard time diciding value even thogh I look in threads. Can I get PC?

I saw in a previous post that clean light skillers are around Lo, does that mean other clean skillers are around Lo as well or does that depend on class popularity, supply and demand etc?

First, a distinction: an e-bugged item is an armor-type item ethereal (armor, shield, helm) whose base defense is taken to 2037. Yours is probably only ethereal, since Spirit rw doesn't have the enhanced defense modifier, and it's unlikely that you made Phoenix first (which does have the +ed% mod), then spirit.
Second, in terms of PC, whatever you can get for it. Only some players use eth spirit on the cta switch, to save 10 hard points from strength; a lot fewer use eth spirit on main attack gear, because of durability. So the 35 fcr and 8 magic absorb won't make much of a difference in this case.

clean light killers are around lo because class popularity is true, hey can go ohm+ if u have good deal or buy in package
other skillers are cheaper clean cold, ele, trap sk go for vex
clean cold and combat paladin skiller are ohm

 

Just a small comment about this particular item: max str available as a suffix on magic / rare gloves is 15, not 30 (30 is available for circlets / amulets / belts and some weapons). Besides, 2 bow/20 + 15 dex, not str, is a much more popular choice, you might want to reconsider if you're looking to buy a pair.

 

I'm not sure you get the terminology right here, after googeling ebug it is very clear it is the act of puting sockets in an eth item with the cube boosting it with 50% def. Either way I guess I'll have to trust you on your PC because you seem to know what you are talking about regardless.
