Last season they used to go for Lo, unidentified. This season, probably slightly more, since keyset prices have also increased, for whatever reason.
There are players who buy them unidentified, but most trades are with id'd torches, obviously. Some people like surprises...

 

If you plan to do torch shop, better never ID torches, then they go easily for Lo .. Lo Ohm (in larger pack, you can sell Lo Ohm each)
