Problem with inventory and other problems

Hi i have some issues with my inventory and a quest in act 2 hell

first off 1/4 of my inventory i cant use everytime i try to pick something up is says my char is full and sometimes when i pick up items from my inventory i get a bug where i cant drop move or place the item anywhere either in inventory or on the ground that issues crashed my quest in a2 hell where i couldent move the viper amulet and and it ended up bugging where i picked it up but couldent drop it so i lost it and i cant kick the alter a secound time to get a new one please help!

Ok the problem is not with the game but rather with your reading
