Solved Server Issues - Fixed

We are currently experiencing server stability issues, please be patient and do not drop any valuable items on the ground or open ubers for the moment.
The cause of this is currently unknown so again, please be patient everyone while we investigate.

 

Things have been stable so far and significantly better than yesterday but the issues are not gone completly and some of you will experience lag during evening peak hour, we'll continue to monitor the situation and hopefully it will get back to normal asap. We do not recommend opening uber portals during this time. Thanks for being patient.

 

Despite not having any issues until few hours ago, we are experiencing them again currently. Already ordered a new server from a different company in order to eliminate the cause of any current network issues although the monitoring tools are revealing normal pings and no packets loss.

 

New servers have been deployed to take load off the current running ones, this should fix the recent stability issues that seem to be caused by game server bottleneck due to the it's old architecture and cannot cope with a very large volume of players, regardless of the high resources we use on all of our dedicated servers. We will continue to monitor the situation to make sure everything is back to normal.
