   give more information about the error if you need help
   go here and download integrated sting maphack extract all contents inside integrated folder to your diablo folder and start game as admin
   it will make the game start together with maphack

   As @Kefflar32 mentioned, let us know exactly what is the problem you are experiencing and make sure you run the maphack as an administrator. Alternatively get the integrated maphack and extract all it's contents inside your game folder overwriting the existing files.
