Why i can't soket that shield ? I'm doing something wrong ?

 

No, you cant..
This is magic shield but your mh show it as white.

You can socket this shield by lazuruk sox quest, and you have 50 chance to get 2 socket.

Lazuruk can socket any rare, set, unique item with only one socket.
With magic items you can roll 1 or 2 sockets,and you have 50% chance for it.

In white non magic, non superior, non etheral and etheral, he will give you always maximum amount of sockets.

Runewords can be made only in non etheral and etheral white, superior bases.

Magic items with sockets spawn with prefix like:
Mechanic 2sox (mechaniczna)
Artistan 3sox (rzemieślnicza)
Jewelers 4sox.(jubilerska)

If item like kite shield have maximum amount of sockets 3. Still can spawn with Jevelers prefix, but you will have only 3sox

 

I am fairly certain that the 1-2 socket rule applies to magic (blue) items at Larzuk. There is a cube recipe for rares to get 1 socket from the 3 perfect skull+1 soj. Larz will give Rare, Set, Crafted, and Unique socketable items 1-socket ONLY and non-magic and eth non-magic their maximum. Note: Depending upon item level, some Normal bases may have a lower limit, so if found in normal act 1, for example, some items will have a lower max socket ability due to their low ilvl, compared to finding the same item in Hell difficulty.

Additionally, I don’t think there is a cube recipe for socketing a magic (blue) item WITHOUT rerolling its properties, yet I know that I have brought a magic claw or magic circlet with desireable stats to Larzuk in the past year or so and managed to luck 2-sockets. Hope this helps.

 

You need the artisan/jeweler's prefix on magics to get 3/4sox. You can shop 3sox/20 30block at vendor's and anya is selling sometimes wards with 4sox 20 30 but it's really rare and they have high str req compared to monarchs. Wards are the only shields you can try to shop for 4sox/20 30block as vendors cant sell monarchs.

In short terms... your shield is useless.
