Solved Error entering game with one character

Hi guys, these heroes are stucked in game unfortunately, auto-game servers restart are daily 4:00 AM UTC so just wait to get unlocked there tomorrow and play another hero or if need faster talk with admins.

This is something that you will rarely or never encounter however it may happen on any realm including the official one so following general steps are recommended:
Start by checking if you have any active game processes and eventually restart your computer. If it's still stuck give it like an hour or so and try again and make sure to use /whisper an admin in-game.
If by any chance more characters get stuck at the same time and you see several other people in the chat experiencing same problem then one of the game servers may need to be restarted manually before the regular daily restart so let us know via whisper or send us a private message here in the forums so we are aware of that, however, if there is only one character that got stuck or so just follow this post.

In this case, several people got stuck on one of the game servers earlier on so we had to restart it manually and your character should be fine now. If you ever encounter this problem again temporary switch and play a different character while whispering one of the admins in-game and if you are an active player on the realm we will also send you a direct contact that uses a call forwarding system so we can be informed about it while we are away from our computers.
