Guide Maphack hiding items guide (gold, arrows, bolts, scrolls, etc)

Hi there @MrYigal you cannot hide runes and keep them with color because you are using the color slot to hide them.
For the items is better for you to take a look at section 3 of this guide: STING Maphack Configuration Guide and see how a line of cfg works
I left my cfg here so you can take it as a reference or use it and add/remove what you see fit.

Cheers.

Hi there @Wierzba, it is possible to hide them but you will have to do that manually or use a premade config that can be downloaded from our website, also there is my config one post above yours and you can give it a try.

You can always add/remove them what you see fit, that is just like a template so you wont have to add/remove everything.

Which configs did you paste exactly and where? Everything should go inside of the configuration file d2hackmap.cfg and the game has to be restarted in order for changes to take effect.
Here you can find premade loot filters that you can either copy-paste to your configuration file or download the attachment: http://forum.europebattle.net/threads/sting-maphack-loot-filters.544929/

/edit Since you posted your config as well, I merged the two posts into one.

So are the items still showing after you apply the filters to hide them? Have you restarted the game after applying the new lines to your config file?

this line in your mh is wrong: Perm Show Items Toggle: 1, VK_6
you basically have all hidden items on permanent, it needs to be like this: Perm Show Items Toggle: 0, -1

and then you can press 7 to hide or show items. wich is this line: Hidden Items Toggle: 1, VK_7

mine looks like this:
Reload Config Key: VK_NUMPAD9
Reveal Act Automap Key: VK_SUBTRACT
View Player Stats Key: VK_OEM_2
First Player Stat Key: -1
Next Player Stat Key: VK_9
Previous Player Stat Key: VK_OEM_COMMA
Perm Show Items Toggle: 0, -1
Monster Resists Toggle: 1, -1
Socket Protect Toggle: 1, VK_INSERT
View Socketables Toggle: 0, VK_6
Item Basic Stats Toggle: 0, VK_6
View Socket Base Items Toggle : 0 ,VK_6
Item Value Toggle: 1, -1
Item Levels Toggle: 1, VK_8
Show Item Variable Prop Toggle: 1 , -1
Quick Next Game Key: VK_d
View Equipment Key: VK_Y
Quick Back To Town Key: VK_space

//BugKD Toggle: 0, -1 , 2
//BugKM Toggle: 0, -1 , 2
//BugKB Toggle: 0, -1 , 2

//Item QLevel Toggle: 0, VK_NUMPAD6
//Item MLevel Toggle: 0, VK_NUMPAD6
//Item ALevel Toggle: 0, VK_NUMPAD6
//Item After Cube Toggle: 0, VK_NUMPAD6

Hidden Items Toggle: 0, VK_7
Switch Item Show Mode: VK_9
Default Item Show Mode : 0
Show Identified Item : 1, -1
Show Base Stat: 1, VK_OEM_4

and hidden item toggle with 7 works fine for me.

also the items i want hidden are like this: (when i use -1 it still shows up as white for me, and in your cfg hidden items are -1, try changing those to -2)

Hi there @Vampire3e3 you have the same item listed twice and most of them are not hidden in the first place, in other words, your config is just a mess and is hard to keep track of what is added and what is not. My advice is to take my config http://forum.europebattle.net/threads/atox-sting-config.544865/ as it has every item in the game and you won't need to add anything else, all you need to do is search the item ( I've added a small guide inside the config thread on how to search for ) you want to edit and put the correct parameters into the last bit. Or if you want to use your config you will have to go line by line and double-check everything again and delete the things you have added twice.
Cheers.
