    i got it figured out i did full reinstall and skipped all the capability things just installed d2 + usabattle.net installer and worked flawless

    yup -w on shortcut and game, launcher, usabattle exe's are set to win xp sp2

    GameGuard pops up big shield guy in middle of my screen then goes away nothing happens after that ive read the other 2 win10 threads done...
