Account issue

    Hello there,

    I'm having trouble logging into my account, I made a new email account and did not register it, and do not remember what password I put ...
    I was instructed by MrHammer so we took a topic on the subject
    the account is gu14115.
    I have other accounts with the same start only changing the 5 end to 2,3,4 ..

    Man you are confunding the things...

    This account you screenshotted, is gu1411 not gu14115, and when i try to log in on my account gu14115 it says incorrect password, the gu1411 is normal, all the 4 others is normal..

    Just the gu14115 when i try to log in it says incorrect password?

    Did i get ban on gu14115? Why? i did not used bot... like the SS is saying i used once.. did not work.. u told me that is not allowed and i never will use again...

    If there is any way to i get my password, or a new one to this account... or registed an email on it...

    Didn't you added any email at all to your account upon registration?
    We usually need the user email to be a real one when he requests for a password reset. This way we are certain that the person who asks for password is the account owner and not some guy that wants to steal someone's account.

    No, the problem is i did not registered any e-mail on that account....
    MrHammer suggest to check logs about my ip to see im the owner of that account... You can compare to the others account that i own...
    i got 5 accounts on the server
    gu1411
    gu14112
    gu14113
    gu14114
    gu14115

    i dont remember the gu14115 password one..

    Still you should had register an email. It's a simple step that takes few seconds and well, remember that you are responsable for your own account.

    I have sent you a PM with a new password for account gu14115 so once you login make sure to use /chpass gu14115 newpassword and change it.
