Intel Xeons are mainly used for hosting services so I doubt you need that. Going for mid-new i7 generation processor would be the best decision when it comes to building a gaming hardware.

You need to buy a PC, not renting a dedicated server hosted inside a datacenter that you can access only by remote hands or connection.
