Are Intel Xeon servers okay for gaming?

    Bit of a n00b when it comes to this, but are the Intel servers okay for gaming? Thoughts?

    you shouldnt have any problems with that, especially if you are talking about diablo.

    Intel Xeons are mainly used for hosting services so I doubt you need that. Going for mid-new i7 generation processor would be the best decision when it comes to building a gaming hardware.

    Hmm, okay. Cheers guys :) I've just been reading about a server with a dedicated tariff like # Link Removed #, and wondering which has a good price and decent power...

    That website is renting out dedicated servers and this has nothing to do with the question you asked into your first post. You need to buy a PC, not renting a dedicated server hosted inside a datacenter that you can access only by remote hands or connection.
