auto tele questions

so i have auto tele working most the time. but when i use a chat box (say talking to someone i'm rushing, or trade texts while mfing). it removes my auto tele keys.

for example - auto tele works fine > buttons 1-2-3.
i use a chat box to reply ect. > buttons 1 2 3 no longer auto tele, and do their normal functions instead. . . . . is that intended or is there a way to fix it

2nd question (i'll go ahead and ask them all now to get it out of the way) - is there a way to actually configure the auto tele (theirs so much chinese within the .cfg files that idk what is what. and it's all in -1/0/1's which mean little to me if i can't read the rest.

I've configured plenty of bots in my old d2 time (not on this server ofc), so i'm not new to the process. though i can't read chinese

3rd. due to how this auto tele tends to interfere with the actual map hack, is it possible to simply use a different auto tele that isn't provided on site or is that forbidden the same as bots are?

ps: sry for the questions, just trying to get the configurations and kinks out of it.
