Bug with the Hordiac Cube

I have been on this server since 10 days.. I have been experiencing the following issue since I installed the patch provided on your site :


The items ( ruins, gems ) cannot be combined using the hordiac's cube. I tried all the possible ways of getting it to work, everything fails.
Cannot combine and gem to get it to higher level, same with the ruins.
I tried dropping the gems and asking other players to combine it, they too coudnt do it.

red this and be sure you folow all steps is easy just transmute 1 gem in cube and you will upgrade than gem
