I tried all the solutions posted in those topics

You have not see me in in those topics because I was not logged in. I thought automatically logs me when I enter the forum, but it seems it is not so

Try the D2VidTst and switch to 2D or 3D depending the setting you currently have. Google will also help you with a ton of threads created for this exact error (http://us.battle.net/en/forum/topic/12878498159, https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/unhandled-exception-c0000005, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADO3i9KIDYc , etc). If you still can't make it work go ahead and reinstall your client and make sure you do it right as a fresh reinstall usually solves like 90% of the weird issues of this game. Delete previous d2 folder, registry files (important, these need to be deleted) and reinstall the game into a different folder, patch it and see how it goes.

Most probably you didn't rebooted your pc when you changed the DEP settings and thats why the solution everyone gives didn't worked for you.

Start the maphack as administrator or get the integrated one and since I'm sure everything is messed up there, just perform a fast reinstall as it will take a couple of minutes.
