Solved Cannot launch the game

    I reinstalled 2 times and the only thing I got was a windows saying ????!???game.exe????? but after a reinstall that window doesnt pop up and I have followed every step, any ideas?

    Hello and welcome aboard, @Brincanareia. I moved your post under a fresh new thread as you initially replied into someone else's three years old solved thread.
    The first error is usually related to incompatibility or missing core files. What operating system are you using?

    Try out the following reinstallation steps and let me know if you still get any errors:

    I had to - Open the start menu or hit the windows key, type regedit.exe then find and delete the following folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Diablo II
