Solved Can't view open games

    Hello, please help me, I can't view any game with my hero. Any ideas ?

    Hi ! Be sure that you've downloaded the realm patch from here . Also check if your character is ladder and not non-ladder.

    You asked this question in chat several times as I see yet you did not read what other people asked you. Prolly your character is non-ladder so make sure to check if your character is ladder or not, secondly you can only see normal games if you're new around. To see nightmare and hell games you have to complete those difficulties first.

    My heroes is non-ladder, can i use now or i need to make new ladder hero ?

    you have to make a new character, probably you have the character from the last ladder so your character can't be used anymore on ladder games.
