Solved Characters gone

    Hello, I have problem. I wasnt played for like 1 mouth and today I log in and there are no characters in the account, I was having from this season and from the last seasons, but the most strange thing is that on my other account there are no characters too. :( soo some admin to help me please. TY

    What is is/are your account(s) name?
    So an admin can have a look whats going on or have a look if someone accessed your account and deleted your chars.
    And you saying ALL your chars are gone?
    Not like you made more than 8 chars and need to scroll down to access the bottom 8 chars?

    I was having all slots characters my username is hhhking and on other account bravebeast, I cant scroll down there are no charactars

    Your last login from the location you're using right now was on 6/16/2018 so that's about two weeks ago. It seems you shared your account details because someone else has direct access to it and as far as I see it there are some similarities between the two accounts which kinda tells me you know each other. Whoever you shared your account details with seems to have deleted your characters and that's why we always recommend to keep your accounts safe and use atleast a decent password.

    Make sure you change the password of all your personal accounts to a new complex one and I strongly advice you against sharing your account details again with anyone else.
