I have the ability to make banners, avatars, etc. Give me a concept and an idea. There isn't much I can't do in PhotoShop CS6.. Keep in mind that it does take me time to get a final version and I don't mind making multiples at an attempt to make the user happy. Can you make me a Bart Simpson avatar / signature to match PLEASE mate Yellow theme for Signature but something that doesnt hurt the eyes, with my name Roofies and the O's like donuts since Homer Simpson loves his donuts . Something with Bart looking cool like him on the skate board or him with shades on or something lol.
